Hi, I’m Verka, a London-based ceramicist creating small-batch, functional ceramics designed for everyday use and enjoyment.

Each piece is hand-thrown on the wheel using carefully selected stoneware clays, including custom blends I formulate myself. I also develop my own glazes, often experimenting with bold colours, layered textures, and expressive surfaces to bring energy and individuality to the work.

Rooted in simplicity and utility, my pieces are made to be lived with — from your morning coffee cup to the bowl you reach for every day. They’re durable, tactile, and made with intention.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me in the kitchen — I work full-time as a pastry chef, and that love for craft, rhythm, and detail carries through into my ceramics.
